Please allow 3-5 working days between placing your order and receiving it. We use Royal Mail as our preferred carrier. You will receive email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Sometimes we may not be able to completely fulfil orders in one package (e.g. stock error, or an item already in store). We will contact you to inform you and to rectify the situation if necessary. If your order requires items to be sent in multiple packages, you will not be charged additional postage.

In the rare event that your parcel has not yet been delivered, please allow 14 working days before contacting us. We will be able to process an exchange or refund in the event that it has not processed through the delivery network. If your item has been marked as delivered, but you have not received it, please ensure you have looked around in any safe locations (bins, over the gate, in the porch), or with neighbours before contacting us. We will investigate with the carrier if the parcel has gone missing. If your item has been received with damage to the packaging, please take a photograph and inform us, so we can investigate with the carrier.
